Course objectives: The goal of the subject is: acquisition of knowledge on basic theoretical concepts of career guidance and counseling, understanding of concept of career management, development of skills related to use of some of the tools, techniques and programs in the field of career guidance.

Course description: Development of professional orientation as an organized social activity;Theories of career development; Andragogical professional orientation (term, goal, tasks, strategies); The concept, characteristics and forms of career; Career development throughout life;Career management skills and techniques;Educational interventions in career management;Educational programs in career guidance; Active Job Search Programs.

Learning Outcomes: After completion of the course students will know some of the basic theories of professional definition, they will understand basic theoretical settings of career guidance, they will be able to use some of the basic techniques of career guidance and to realize different segments of the program for active job search.
