Course objectives: Acquisition of knowledge and development of capabilities for studying and improvement of practice, the role and the importance of development of human resource and knowledge management, tasks and positions of andragogues as knowledge managers in the field of human resource development.

Course description: Theoretical course: Foundations of knowledge management – Organizational context, development of human resource and knowledge management – Perspectives of development of human resource and knowledge management in the process of modern organisation’s transformation. – Theories of conflict and control in the process of human resource development and knowledge management. – Lifelong learning and education as a support for realization of the concept of learning organization. – Reflection of andragogy and practical action of andragogues in the field of human resources development and knowledge management. Practical course: Methods and techniques of human resources development and knowledge management. – Different approaches to human resource development and knowledge management. – Research paradigms in studying the human resource development and knowledge management. – Case study as an optimal methodological design in the research of human resource development and knowledge management.

Learning Outcomes: After this course students will be able to: practically apply different theories of human resource and knowledge management development, research and innovate professional knowledge of andragogues engaged in the field of human resource and knowledge management development.
