Pre-requisites: In order to attend this course it is necessary to pass the following exams Introduction to Work Psychology and Interpersonal Relationships at Work

Course objectives: Theoretical and methodological introduction to problems caused by stress, ability to understand work behaviors and solve practical problems regarding prevention, control and coping with work stress.

Course description: Theoretical instruction: the concept of stress, theoretical models of stress, work related stress, methodological problems in stress research, stress assessment methods and techniques, stress management. Practical instructions: designing stress assessment research, applying stress assessment techniques in the context of certain occupations and jobs, analysis of stress consequences, developing skills for occupational stress management.

Learning Outcomes: Acquisition of relevant theoretical knowledge, becoming familiar with methods and techniques of occupational stress assessment, as well as with appropriate stress management skills.
