New approaches in understanding work and organizational psychology

Pre-requisites: Elementary psychology and masters degree and fulfilled all prerequisites

Course objectives: Training for understanding, research, and solving of problems of psychology of work and organization, from the perspective of modern knowledge and new paradigms, in order to improve efficiency.

Course description: Course content comprises the following fields: contemporary paradigms, perspectives and practice of work psychology and organizational psychology, organizational development and changes, leadership, teamwork, conflicts at work, measurement and assessment of work efficiency, employee selection and career management, work motivation and modern training.

Learning Outcomes: Possession of theoretical and methodological knowledge, research skills and ability to solve theoretical and practical problems in the field of contemporary psychology of work and organizational psychology.
