Course objectives: The course aims to enable students to understand principles and problems of teamwork as a new business philosophy. To teach them how to select employees for different team roles and to train them to work in coordination with other members of the team. The role of psychologists in teamwork is of crucial importance because they are in charge of composing teams and assessing their current state.

Course description: The course covers the basics of teamwork and enables students to practice interpersonal skills, as an indispensable part of the work of psychologists in teams.

Learning Outcomes: To learn to select employees for different team roles and to teach them to work in teams. To master principles and techniques of composing teams and assessing their current states. To be able to apply teamwork support strategies as well as to conduct an evaluation of team effectiveness
