Course objectives: The purpose of this course is to train students to understand the nature and function of the development of school systems in European countries and prerequisites for integrating the education system in Serbia into a common European educational space.

Course description:

Learning Outcomes: • identify and analyze key determinants and features of education systems and tendencies in their development in European countries; • understand preconditions and trends within national reforms in education based on evaluation of the education quality; • understand the relevance of educational policy as a precondition for education system development and social advancement.
