Course objectives: Development of professional approach in establishing and realization of relations with different actors and in different areas of educational work.

Course description: Applied interdisciplinary course that combine communicological and pedagogical perspective: Professional communication in educational work: functions, principles and types of communication; basic concepts and skills of interpersonal communication; general strategy and skills of written communication; public appearance – visual presentation. Partnership relations in educational work: the nature and the characteristics of partnership relations; establishing and realization of partnership in working environment (team work), in educational process and in local community. Practice of development of communication skills and team work capacities, business meeting organizing and managing, self-presentation and public appearance; writing a professional report.

Learning Outcomes: Student: is familiar with the basic principles and skills of professional interpersonal and written communication; is trained for public speaking and visual presentation; understands the nature and the dynamics of team work; is familiar with the strategy of partnership establishing.
