Course objectives: Training of personnel that will be, with the aid of additional courses at the Faculty of Chemistry and/or Mining, able to bridge the gap between archaeology and the natural sciences.

Course description: Acquirement of basic knowledge about the possibilities for physical and chemical analysis in modern archaeology, above all the analysis that strives to determine the origin of raw materials, trade routes and the technology employed in manufacturing objects.

Learning Outcomes: Training of personnel that will be, with the aid of additional courses at the Faculty of Chemistry and/or Mining, able to bridge the gap between archaeology and the natural sciences.
